And it involved some nipple stimulation... and now I am contracting. I'm laying down with ice water now and telling them to stop, because I need at least another week for my homebirth. Baby stay in!

hahaha! I always contract really hard afterward! You're all right, I highly doubt that will through you into labor this early.

Can you take a hot shower or warm bath? Even putting warm compresses on your belly might help too.

Defintely keep an eye on them, but as long as they are not at consistent regular intervals you should be fine. If you can't get them to stop with warm water compresses you might want to just let your provider know.

Get some Natural Calm magnesium. That stuff stops contractions in their tracks. I get contractions when I orgasm as well. I'm glad you are taking care of yourself, Trisha. The endorphins are good for you.

After about 3 hours they stopped. The last hour, they were about 4 mins apart, and then just quit. Thank Goddess!

Note to self: Do not "take care of oneself" too aggressively for at least four more weeks. After that... GUNG HO!

I was just talking to my doula this morning. She says an O everyday is very good for you during pregnancy, and I agree. Anyway you can get them, hehe. Happy the ctrx stopped though!

She actually mentioned this book, which I think I'm going to order. Sounds fun.
