I'm not going to have an ultrasound until after 36 weeks (that would be late October/early November) and even then I'm not going to let them tell me the gender.

Yes we're still waiting, (I'm at 20w1d today). But not by choice. I lost my job (and insurance) a few weeks ago and we are waiting for my medicaid to kick in and then I have to schedule an appt with a new OB (as my current one does not accept medicaid). I am SO anxious to find out gender and make sure everything is good with baby! And watching "Baby Week" on Discovery HEalth Channel is not helping, it's just making me want to know more now!

Yep---- the wait is killing us! lololol

I am due 11/27, but my u/s is not schduled until 7/13 (20 wk+3 days) because they will not do the scan until 19 weeks at this maternal/fetal medicine place that we go to (which is awesome by the way because it isn't a tech, but a doc or advanced practice nurse that does the scanning--so there are no "secrets" and they tell you absolutely everything as they go along)--and we will be on vacation from 18.5 weeks until 20wks 2 days! (going the next morning though!)

We are so excited! have fun everyone!

I'm having mine Tuesday morning. I can't wait to find out. Both my husband and I are so excited! Fingers crossed everything looks good and the baby is willing to be cooperative.

My u/s is June 30 but we are not planning on finding out the gender. Mainly, we are doing a scan to check the major organs and blood flow thru the placenta as my last pregnancy ended at 19 weeks when my son passed away for unknown reasons.

I am switching providers, so I have NO DATE for the u/s. I was so ready to pay the $70 on the 3/D thing, but I'll wait! (Impatiently!)

Yup, $70 for the 3/4D here, too.

My ultrasound is this Thursday! I am crossing my fingers that baby is NOT crossing his/her legs when it's done! Taking some lollipops just in case babe needs a nudge to shift positions

I'm almost 20 weeks and my doctor is having me wait another four more weeks so we can be sure to (hopefully) determine the sex. Can't come soon enough!

Finally got a date for the Big One-July 13th. I had a quickie u/s today because the OB couldn't find the heartbeat with the doppler but of course he/she was in a funky position so no guesstimations on sex. But seeing/hearing that heartbeat was a lovely thing, I tell ya.
