Even with a newborn in the house, I am still able to get pretty good sleep (like 6-7 hours consecutive) yet I still feel EXHAUSTED. And all that weight I lost during the pregnancy, I have gained 5 of it back even though I am at the gym 2-3xs a week. Could this be thyroid related? I also had PCOS before Derek's BFP, so maybe this is what is going on again. From what I read, fatigue isn't a PCOS symptom, but it is a Postpartum thyroiditis symptom... I haven't had AF yet. so I don't know about the PCOS again except I have been having pain in my ovary area. I guess I will choke it up and go visit my gyn.
Can I go back to bed now..This is annoying.

Any ideas? I am still taking my PNVs, red raspberry, and alfalfa. Maybe I should toss in some Vitex?

Do you think you could have low iron? are you still taking your prenatal?

The only time I've been so exhausted like that is when I am iron-deficient...

I would check in with the doctor, though... Hope you get some zip back!

It wouldn't hurt to go in for a physical and bloodwork. I always do after pregnancy as a precaution. Pregnancy can throw your body for a loop and thyroid issues post partum are common. It can also be anemia.
