I'm bummed b/c I think my supply has really dropped. I've never had this happen before. now I don't know what to do and I feel guilty. My baby is only 10 months old. I really don't want to start her on a bottle. I gave her some whole milk tonight and she inhaled it. This is definately a first for me.
This was my experience to a T with my second pregnancy. She was not eating many solids, so we supplemented with 1/2 goats milk, 1/2 formula. She had formula until around 18 months because she just would not hardly eat solids. I would be hesitant to start cow's milk yet. Maybe goat's milk if she's eating a pretty decent amount of solids.

I've been looking into this. I'm worried that my supply is getting lower, since my daughter takes longer at the breast.

Here's what I found regarding increasing breastmilk in general and increasing breastmilk during pregnancy.
