Yesterday I walked to and from an appointment. It was only 20 minutes total, but at least it was something. Today I walked about 2 miles.

Good for you! So, I have the energy to jog but my bladder can't take it. It huuurts. Are you comfortable-ish while jogging or do you just suck it up?

That is most certainly something!

I went to the park with my wee one and enjoyed the swing... does that count for anything ? Not much I know. I guess I walked a bit this morning and I'll try to get in a DVD later today.

I've jogged twice now since my last post! I've discovered that I can jog with bits of walking breaks and that keeps the pressure down. Wee! It feels good to move faster again. It is easier to get outside and move with nice weather. I'm also getting back my toning/strength training routine and I already feel less squidgy.

Just 3 or 4 months to go ladies. We can do this!

Still just doing my norm. I will say, I'm finding it harder to get to the two mile mark now.

Long time...

Is everyone so excited to be this close to little babies?!?! ... And one of our ranks, Beth, has had a little one for a while now.

Anyone still moving? I'm still walking daily but I've had a horrid case of lower back pain for the past two months so just doing some P.T. type stretches and not much more. I'm seeing my chiro regularly but it is sometimes bad enough that I can't get out of a chair without help. I feel 95.

I am still crossing my fingers we can buy a certain double jogging stroller soon. I am so stoked to get rid of this relaxin, have the babe on the outside and get back to being really active again.

I'm due all the way at the tail-end of January, so I'm looking forward to hearing all of your birth stories and telling mine last .

Me! I am still doing crossfit, pretty much adhering to the crossfitmom.com website for the past month or so. Belly is too big to do a lot of the regular website workouts. Still here, though!

Can't wait to have baby and get back to regular workouts and my hot yoga class.

Mama to monkey #1 , monkey #2 , and new little monkey #3 . I am always :yawning and making lots of

my aquafit classes have been replaced by waddling....

...looking forward to getting back into some sort of schedule post-birth, and returning to some semblance of my athletic, pre-baby self...
