Choline 25 mg, Inositol 25 mg, Potassium 10 mg, PABA 5 mg, Alfalfa 450 mg, Barley Grass & Juice Concentrate 100 mg, Wild Blueberry Fruit 6:1 50 mg, Cranberry 25:1 25 mg, Red Raspberry Leaf 4:1 75 mg, Chamomile Flower 4:1 30 mg, Dandelion Leaf 4:1 23 mg, Dandelion Root 4:1 22 mg

I'm just curious because I have 2 different prenatal vitamins, and I feel totally great when I take the one that also has those ingredients above, and really really sick and tired when I take the other. I really don't know what any of those herbs/ingredients are or do. Does anyone know anything about any of them?

A lot of people have issues with their regular issue prenatals. That ones seems a little more gentle. It sounds a lot like the tea I make which helps to settle my tummy.
