If you have narrowed down middle names, you could do like we did and just flip a coin .
With Teo I read Tay-oh and w Theo I definitelt read Thee-oh.
also work. Nice name. Original. Open...able to be casual, jazzy, serious....leaves lots of possibilities open for the boy.
If you want "tay-oh" I think you'd have to spell it Teo. Theo is just going to be pronounced "thee-oh."
