This is Xposted in "I'm Pregnant"

For those of you who are interested, I found (what I think) is a good podcast for pregnancy.

In Itunes, it's called A Pea in the Podcast. It has a podcast for each of the trimesters plus week by week podcasts for each week of pregnancy. It also covers different topics like vbac, working/staying at home, etc. I have been taking it week by week so I can't comment on anything past the first trimester or week 8, but so far, it's been good basic information. The trimester podcasts are longer, but the weekly podcasts are 5-8 mins.

Also, there are a couple of prenatal yoga video podcasts: mamaste yoga (which has short 3-8 min sections) and prenatal yoga center which has longer video podcasts (19 or so min).

They are free, so if you wanted to try them out before buying a prenatal yoga video, I think they are good options!

Afm, 8 weeks today!!! Woo hoo!!! Two more weeks until my 1st u/s when I can HOPEFULLY see and hear a heartbeat. I can't wait!!

Me(34); DH (33); Now a mommy to beautiful baby boy born 3/18/10

I've heard of this! Cool! Another great one that I love is Pregtastic. The same studio hosts Mommy's Milk and More, and is geared more towards after the baby is born.

Happy excited Mama! Evelyn Isabel born March 12, 2010!
