I believe I lost my mucus plug yesterday. Is it ok to be intimate with DH without a mucus plug?

I'm not positive, but it's my understanding that the only time you should refrain from sex is if your water has broken. Maybe call yer care practitioner today to double check if you're feeling uncertain. Have fun!
