So, do you have a little round belly, yet? How many weeks are you? I know that some of us are at the beginning of July, some are on the cusp of August.
This is my second pregnancy, and I already have a little belly pooch! Not so much that people can tell I'm preg, more like I just had a fat lunch, lol. With my first, I didn't show until into the second trimester, and I couldn't friggin wait for it! Now I'm like, "really? I'd kind of like my privacy a little bit longer" but still feeling sweet that our little bean is showing a bit.
I believe that I'm five "real" weeks since conception, and seven "doctor" weeks, what with how they count the two weeks from your last period. Really, the fact that I'm popping out a little makes me wonder again if I'm further along than I thought . . .
10 weeks here, not showing yet. I started showing around 15 weeks with my first. I did look pregnant after I ate a huge deli sandwich the other day. But lets face it, that was sandwich, not baby! But it is a sign that there is something the size of a melon lifting my stomach up to give the effect of pregnancy. I think once the uterus comes out from behind the pubic bone in the next couple weeks I will popping out. Let's hope that happens Christmas eve so I can keep it a surprise from my family until then!
* to be fair though, I still have a bit of a belly from being 9 months pregnant 20 months ago, but this belly isn't anything other than post baby belly...yet...even if there is a little cashew nut in there!*

Yeah, we are trying to keep it a surprise, too, and dps whole fam will be in town for xmas, so I don't want them being suspicious. I'll just wear seasonal layers and try to remember to suck my gut in when standing!
Yup, definite belly happening here. I'm 10.5 wks. I was looking at my belly pics from when i was pregnant last time and i'm about the same size as i was then... except this time i have some leftover flab so all around i'm a bit thicker lol.
My belly pics last time, at 10 weeks it was a belly but just looked like a chubby belly, and at 12 weeks it was unmistakable-can't-hide-it-baby-belly. Can't wait! Once it 'pops' up i won't feel as frumpy
I don't know if it's baby or too many pieces of toast (the one food that consistantly tastes good to me) but something is popping out. Still sort of just look fat but either way I had to buy a belly band today because buttoning my jeans was just too darn uncomfortable.

Yay toast! Me too! My father actually told me the other day that I should consider slowing down on the toast! I have some with cinnamon sugar every morning!
I'm 10 weeks and I'm definitely pooching out. I had a completely flat stomach to begin with, and pretty much right away the bloat made all of my pants too tight, but now I can regularly see the pooch. Definitely didn't expect it this quickly, but I don't mind.
I'm 10w2d. I too have quite the remaining pooch after dd, so it's hard to tell what's what. I think it's a little harder than it was? It's hard to tell. My pants still fit fine, in fact they're a bit loose! Though the top of my pants fall a bit below the belly anyway.
I feel like my belly is more 'relaxed' though. Like I wouldn't be able to suck it in if I tried, it's more... hanging out? but little if any actual growth yet. If that makes sense.

I can relate. I am 6w 4d PG and look 6 months PG. I asked my husband if I looked any different and he said "No, you have always been that big!" My DH never ceases to amaze me and he is lucky to still have his head. Anywho, I feel as if I am pooching out but after his comment I think I am still carrying the fat from the last pregnancy.
Obviously, this was an unplanned PG. I so desperately wanted to lose some weight before packing it back on!
Is it acceptable to wear maternity clothes for your fat?
I still had about 5-8lbs from my last pregnancy (DS is 11.5 months) left, so I already looked slightly pregnant. However, I don't think any of this baby is showing yet, just chub. I can still wear my jeans, but I can't suck it in anymore. I can't wait to show, I felt so comfortable in my body last time, and I bet it will be the same.
I'm just over 10 weeks and there is definitely something there. I had a pretty flat belly before and now I've got the beginnings of a definite bump.
Unfortunately, from all of my indulgences and my inclination to sleep rather than to exercise I've also got a little flabby back fat that I always work so hard to keep off.
The bump is weird- it's pretty firm and it starts right at my pubic bone...I thought it would be higher up. I've been wearing my jeans right below it to keep them from feeling really uncomfortable but I fear I'll have to make the transition to a belly band and elastic soon and then to maternity stuff.
I can't wait for it to pop either!
And I had 2 people this week comment on my pants being too big as I am wearing pants 2 sizes bigger to accommodate my pooch but they are hanging and loose everywhere else.
I ordered 2 pairs of maternity pants from Old Navy and will be wearing them!
9.6 weeks today, FIRST pregnancy, athletic build (though now pretty round all over; I ate NONSTOP the first month), definitely bump-y. And it's weird, because though my stomach hadn't been flat for a few months prior to pregnancy, it's always been pretty muscular and you can still see the muscularity -- just with a big ol pooch at the bottom.
It really just looks like too much cheesecake (except for the new boobs), and I can still button all my jeans, but it's weirding me out to show so much early on in my first, especially since very few people know yet.
Mine popped out a bit this week at 10.5 weeks. I have, and probably always will have, a belly pooch of fat leftover from previous pregnancies. This pooch seems to have swollen and my organs are being rearranged to accommodate the uterus that is just starting to rise above the pubic bone. I haven't gained any weight but I feel very swollen and bloated. I'm ordering/sewing belly bands this week so that I can leave my pants unbuttoned
I am shocked at all the baby bellys...yeah ok and a little jealous!!! I didn't show or "pop" until after 20 weeks with my first (thin...and thiner then now) and I am HOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPING that this time I show sometime before then! (uhhh...like tomorrow???) I love baby belly and LOVED having one...I reapeat...I am so jealous of you ladies!
I am 8 weeks and have a definite pouch. I have only gained 3 pounds but like everyone else I cant suck it in like i used to. I am pretty thin but I too have the little roll of chub leftover from my other babies. My youngest is nine. My belly is definitely more firm than it was. And tight jeans are soooo umcomfy. Guess I will be looking for elastic clothes sooner than I thought.
Well, I think it is just major bloat! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I didn't show until about 17 weeks with my 1st. I'm 6 weeks now and I feel like I'm 17 weeks lol.. I *hate* feeling bloated.

Me too! Some of my pants have been falling down my hips, wth? I just went to the second hand store and bought several draw string skirts and skirts that will ride low under the belly, hoping that will last me through the whole time.
But yeah, it's like the chub has shifted, my belly is way mushier than before, a lot more relaxed like you said. If I really let it all hang out, I look way bigger than I should be at this stage! Funny, tho, I feel like my muscles have more definition, with a nice round feminine tummy there below. I'll take that, heh heh.
DP and I have noticed a few times that it's pooching out and a little assymetrical to the left and down from my belly button--as if that's where the bean is hiding out or something.
I can't wait til we can see its shape and feel it externally. It's so reassuring to not just feel mush but to feel a tiny little hard body there---that's when it feels like you can communicate, you know?
I'm loving this thread, you mommas are cracking me up!
8.3 weeks here. I have been bloated from day 1! AND I am definitely showing a baby pooch. I just can't suck it in, like my muscles won't work! So, it's easier to just let it all hang out, which makes me look much further along than I am bc of the bit of fluffiness that was there before. Oh, and tight little t shirts, you are all going into a storage closet bc monster boobs are hiking you all up to look like crop tops.... and I DO NOT rock that look. (nor should anyone)
I bought a bella band yesterday because I had a lunch with my MIL and my pants were making me suicidal. FYI- Best thing ever!!! I may just keep it and wear it for Thanksgiving every year!!!! Love it!!!! Ladies... you have no idea what you're missing if you have not picked one up at Target.
