is it bad to drink a cup of coffee if it makes my headache go away? would tylenol be preferable? i dunno, seems like between coffee and tylenol, a small amount of coffee might be just as "good" for you.

i drink a small bit of caffeine daily, i don't see anything wrong with caffeine in moderation and i feel it's preferable to tylenol which never leaves the body.

Not a problem at all, IMO. Enjoy it now before m/s makes you hate it. That happened to me around 6 wks with my DD. I was so sad.

I'm having the same problem, I cut out my morning half gallon of coffee and now get headaches too. It has helped to have a cup of tea or drink a little half-caff instead. I agree that it's fine in moderation, but I was drinking more than I felt comfortable with while pregnant.

I haven't had a headache so far this pregnancy (a whole 5 weeks in), but I am NOT giving up my morning coffee. I have two kids to get to school in the morning! It's really no big deal.

my husband brings me coffee in bed every morning. It will be very hard when I hate the smell of it. Tea is just not as luscious an alternative. Although I do love tea later in the day.

I think it's fine in moderation - I used to drink almost an entire pot by myself at work each morning. Yesterday I had one cup. A little hard, but I made it.

I find drinking lots of water really helps my headaches. Of course, it does not help the frequent bathroom trips - but I'll take peeing over a headache anyday.
