I got on the scale today and I gained 6lbs! I don't usually gain more than 1 or 2 lbs in the first tri so I'm thinking this might be all the holiday goodies I ate last week??

I don't know how much I weighed before I got pregnant, but I don't think I've gained. I just got a Wii Fit so I'm going to keep track on there from now on.
With my second son I gained 10 lbs. in the first trimester (and 50 by the end). I've been more mindful of my eating this time around, but I think I'll end up gaining 40+ no matter what I do.

I had gained 3 lbs by the dr's blood test that confirmed the pregnancy! and my weight doesn't tend to fluctuate so pretty sure its from pregnancy. so I haven't weighed myself since then bc I'm a bit afraid of what ill find. pants definitely feel tighter...

I have gained at least a couple already. My guess is probably water retention but pants and shirts are definitely a tad tighter than last month.

This is weird but I've had no morning sickness and I've lost 3 lbs. Yet my clothes are definitely fitting tighter.

I've had the flu for a almost two weeks now so no weight gained yet. I don't really start gaining until the second trimester.

I've gained a pound or two. I'm kind of excited because last time I was losing weight by this time because of extreme sickness.

My advice may not be appropriate for you. That's ok. You are just fine how you are and I am the right kind of me.

I am actually a little worried because while food seems pretty unappealing sometimes, I have had no morning sickness & I have actually lost 2 pounds. My last 2 preg I gained about 2 pounds by now & those were not even over the holidays. I am eating well I think, but I am very stressed with my life so I am concerned

I've maybe gained 3 or 4? I think it's mostly because I haven't had a speck of exercise in the last several weeks. Too tired and queasy. I know I basically gained right about a pound/week for most of the pregnancy for a total of 35 last time. I'm 8 weeks and I think I had gained a good 8-10 by now last time, however, I think I'm at the same TOTAL weight as I was last time, because I think I started about 5 pounds heavier. I'm curious to see if that part winds up matching. I hit 195 last time.

I'm sure i've gained more than a few. This low level constant nauseau only seems to subside when I'm chewing food. So...um yea. I pretty much graze from morning until I drag my withered body into bed at the ripe hour of 8pm.

I've gained 3 lbs so far, but I think it's because I've been sick and too tired to go to the gym. I lost 8 lbs during the first tri last time; although I'm pretty nauseous, I'm eating more this time around.

Mama to DS1 (2/08) and DS2 (9/10).

I've 10 weeks and have gained 3-6 pounds, depending on the day. I checked my calendar from my first pregnancy, and at 16 weeks I had only gained 6 pounds! That's the first weight I recorded, though, and I'm thinking I recall gaining quickly in the first tri and then leveling off for a while, so maybe I'll do that this time, too. However, I wasn't pregnant over the holidays last time, so that'll probably make a big difference this time. I gained 30-35 lbs last time, and I'd like to do that again, but I'll feel ok, I guess, with up to 40. I need to get out and walk. To bad it's so, so cold.

HI. New to the due date club. I gained 10 lbs due to thyroid med this summer just before getting pregnant (yeah not happy about that) then miscarried. I am now pregnant again weighing 12 lbs more than I usually do going in, so not happy about it, but really, what can I do? Diet? I tend to gain 50lbs, but it all comes off eventually, so here we go again!

caution: one-handed nak

typos likely

I am up about 4-5lbs. I am planning to weigh myself every morning of my week change so that is tomorrow. Last pregnancy I gained 10-15lbs in the first trimester and then 10lbs the rest of the pregnancy. So I am not really worried about a gain at this time.
