^ Heh heh.

It's interesting how the techs figure stuff out. We couldn't see what ours was or wasn't seeing at all. And later on the video we freeze framed at the relevant bits (literally and figuratively) - potty shot, and a profile/kneeling shot and just saw a lot of blackness. Our girl was decided on "I'm pretty sure it's a girl, see the lack of dangly bits? No dangly bits...almost definately a girl."

And then I read all these stories about boys hiding their dangly bits!

And then I read that tech's are very rarely wrong.

And my midwife told me that at my stage (19 weeks was the scan) - she'd only had one 'Surprise - it's actually a boy!'

Anyway - I think it's all very interesting. Hamburgers, and 'three lines', and now 'lack of dangly bits'.

Congratulations to all!

congratulations everyone!
we decided (i think! ) NOT to get the elective u/s for more certainty.

our midwife told us yesterday that if they really weren't sure, they wouldn't have said anything. we're going to stick with team pink!
