Hi ladies hope everyone is well. I feel like poo! I have the worst heartburn ever! I had bad heart burn with my other 2 but nothing like this! I went trough a whole roll of tums today and still its horrible. Any tips?
Also on thurs. At my ob my bp was alittle high but they didn't seem concerned but today my ankles and feet are puffy. Should I be worried? I'm nervous about developing pre e exspecially since I've been so stressed out lately I know my bp has been up a couple days because I was buggin. Should I be worried?
On another topic is it safe to travel on a train for like 18 hrs? My ob said I was fine to fly but idk about sitting that long.
Thanks so much for listening to my ramble ladies.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I don't have any advice on the high bp, but I just happened to be talking with my sister about heartburn and cankles today! She said that they both started for her around 22 weeks with her pregnancy (I've been luck so far with just a couple of hours of heartburn), and she said that what really worked for her was drinking a lot of water. That and putting your feet up are supposed to help with the puffy ankles too, so hopefully that works for you.

I've also tried eating smaller meals but eating more frequently, and that seems to help with the heartburn.
