I know that sounds so funny, I laugh to myself whenever I think it. What could this be though? Maybe I'm feeling the placenta or the umbilical cord pulsing?

Maybe, I'm not sure... It was like bubble right under my skin or something. purring is really the best description Even DH could feel it when I told him what to look for.

I think I know what you mean, I do not have it with this pregnancy nor with DD but I certainly did with DS!

Artist, photographer, stay-at-home-mom and Marine wife. Mom to 4; a boy and three little girls.

I get this too! And it is distinctively different than the hickups I also feel! I'm sure it IS purring Perfect description! Really, I have no idea what it is....
