And agree it tastes yummy! I usually add a bit of honey.
This is the kind I drink too. I love it. I don't even need to add any sweetener. It's good hot or cold.

I just can't stand the tea without honey, but the honey is giving me indigestion so I have given up the tea for a bit. I really would love to find a way to get the benefits without drinking the tea all day...any ideas? Has anyone tried the RRL tincture?

I've been using the tincture for a while now. Actually just finished one bottle and need to get another one. I hate cold tea and just can't stomach hot tea in this heat. so i mix a little water or juice with the tincture and down it.. its kinda nasty but not really that bad.. I've never noticed BH or anything after taking it but i never noticed the contractions until it was full blown anyway.

I get the leaves for free in my backyard . I figure one oz. must look like a handful, right?

One oz actually is a LOT. I got 4oz at the store the last time I was there, and I use 8tbsp per 2qt. I have made 3 pitchers (I think?) and I still have half my RRL left!! Speaking of which, I need to make more. I am finishing off the pitcher I made two nights ago.

If you have 2 oz. left can you half of that (i.e. one oz. ) in a measuring cup and tell me what it looks like in cups?

In my unscientific estimate , it's around 2/3-3/4 c. That's unpacked, and mine is pretty "fluffy", if that makes sense.

My doula said you really can't make it too strong, so I'd be generous with it!

Any update with your B-H? Did they go away or increase? I've been doing RRL & EPO and I've been contracting every night... They get to be about 3 mins apart and last 1 full minute, then eventually they stop taking my breath away, then I drift into sleep and out of sleep for a while. Normally around 6 or 7am, they stop. SUper fun for sleeping.

Expecting our bundle of joy 9.9.10

Prodromal labor is still there... gotten worse each time it gets bad then backs back off to barely noticeable but still there.

RRL tea isnt stopping the contractions (didnt expect it to though lol)
