Just a little pity party. 35 weeks tomorrow (going by my conception date, not the stupid LMP date) with my 4th baby, no longer interested in being pg. Every time I stand up, everything falls down and I have to stand still while I try not to pee and wait for the pain to subside.

All my babies came at 39 weeks so I have 4 more to go if things are consistent... but watch, this one will be late.

Woe woe woe is me.

I'm sorry! I'll join you today. My hips are killing me, I can barely sleep, and I've exhausted myself every day this week trying to keep the house clean and it is just barely so.. I don't know how I'm going to keep this up!

Me, too. I've been trying to force myself to mentally turn the corner and be positive because I was really on the verge of a breakdown. Been reading about the benefits to the baby of the last weeks of pregnancy and reading Birthing from Within for the first time. Trying very hard to come to peace with the idea of baby still being inside at the very end of September but it's a loooooong road.

35 wks today. Every day for the past week I talk to baby and discuss the joys of being born. I keep telling baby how much love is waiting how many arms want to hold her ect... DH keeps whispering to my belly that belly is the place to be. I. Am. Done. Oh yeah, and my midwife is going out of town the day before my due date. But at the same time I'm 99% sure the diabetes doc will want to induce between 38 and 39wks anyway. At this point it's hard to say no to that option. REALLY hard. I keep hoping baby will decide to come out on her own before then!

I'll join you. I'm 36 weeks but DD was born at 41 plus 1. I'm sick and nauseous and haven't slept in weeks really. I'm done.

I am so with you on this! I do not want an induction, but my doc has already mentioned the possibility of doing one at 39 weeks if next week's ultrasound suggests a "bigger baby" and while I know how inaccurate those can be this late in the game, it's going to be really hard to resist an induction if I am still pregnant 4 weeks from now. Ugh. DS came at 38w1d, so I am just keeping my fingers crossed that little sister will follow suit.

I'm another one at 35 weeks with y'all. I always manage to get at the end of a ddc! I'm keep telling myself that I'm not completely miserable yet, but I'm not a very good liar, even to myself. My first ds was 42 weeks, and sometimes thinking about being pregnant for another 7 weeks (almost 2 months!) is just too much.

I feel ya!!! I'm about 37 weeks now, but still in for the long haul. My babies come BIG and they come LATE, and I'm tired. This is also my 4th child and I realize I've been pregnant for much of the last 6 years. Whew! I'm ready to be done whenever baby is ready.

I'm 35 weeks too and I feel like it will be ages before baby comes still. I know I will wait until at least around my due date if not a little longer.

My sympathies, truly. I'm 38w4d today and every additional hour seems like a punishment. I cannot even wrap my mind around 5 weeks in the future; I'm pretty sure the apocalypse or rapture is coming before then. Wishing us all speedy deliveries.

Mary, proud to be a mama to Andrew (9/14/10) and Caroline (7/27/13) and wife to Matt.

I went through this at 35 weeks too coincidentally. Then suddenly I felt better (physically), okay, not suddenly - it was after I'd seen the Osteopath that all of a sudden I felt better.

i'm 37w4d today and am trying to convince myself that another 4 weeks is okay. lol!

Good luck to us all!!

I think I did it with #3, too, at 35 weeks.

I just want to sleep all the time, and even eating isn't fun b/c I get full so quickly.
