How many of you mama's DTD and EBFing are NOT dry downstairs? I keep reading how EBF leads to dryness, but have not had this problem, so I was wondering if we should be more careful if DTD and not TTC.
Thinking maybe if things are so *good* maybe I am more fertile? Is that possible? I can't find any research or info, google has finally let me down.
Really? I never heard that before. I don't have this problem, but I didn't get my first PP AF until 17 months with DD1 and I didn't start ovulating until a few months after that.

I MAJORLY had that problem when nursing Em.
With this guy, not at all! I am shocked!
I was actually also wondering if that meant I would be fertile sooner... my period came back at 6 months with Em...
I have always EBF, and other than the first month or so after having a baby, I've never had a problem with dryness. My fertility did not return early...both times it was well over a year before I got a period (I think 17 months and 18 months?? though I can't remember exactly...)
for me it gets worse later.. like 3-4 mo pp .. i'm not really dry now and i don't think i was this early with the other kids but we use a looooot of lube cause i don't want any pulling/friction on my tears/scars etc. at this point..
I've had it pretty bad with both kids. You're lucky if you don't have it!
I think I got my period around 9 months PP with DD while EBF. I'd have to look that up though as my sleep deprived memory is a bit off right now.
