Hello Ladies,

Ok, I may as well dip my toe into the deep end. DH and I are currently expecting babe #3. We have a DD that will turn 4 the week this babe is due, and a DS that will be 18mnths the week this babe is due. So right now they are 3 and will be turning a year 06 April. Both are still bf'ing, and both were UC/Waterbirths.

Now, this pg started out with a grave outcome. I got a ++ test on 12 Jan, blood draw on the 14th came back at 36. Repeat draw on the 19th came back at 30. I was told to go home and wait to m/c. Two weeks went by, and nothing happened. I tested down my hCG until the HPT's were nearly negative, then stopped testing. However, when I tested on the two week mark from my last hCG draw, the test line was darker than the control line. I called the local Dr that said it was a fluke, and wait another 2 weeks. A few days later, I had horrible pain above my hip bone on my left side. Off to the ER we went. Where the hCG result was 2725 and there was a perfect gest. sac, yolk sac, and possible fetal pole in my uterus. 2 more weeks go by, local Dr said wait ANOTHER 2 weeks to come on. I tripped over one of our Chihuahuas down the stairs, so back to the ER we go. Baby was measuring 7wks, hCG was 103,965, beautiful sac, yolk sac, and a perfect hearbeat, that I got to hear.

No one has ANY idea what happened, did I ovulate twice, implant at different times, m/c a previous pg, then get pg again, it's a guessing game. But, the ER Dr said I have a 97-98% chance of holding this baby in October, so I am going with that. I am due the 6-7th of October. DD's b'day is the 6th, LOL. So, I am winging it, not going to ANY Dr's for at least 2-4 weeks, if then. I am happy to be here, and happy to meet you all!
