is it true that fetal hiccups stop 24/48 hours before labour? is this always the case? cuz DD has hiccups all the time and it's really disheartening lol

DD had the hiccups during labour! She was at 0 station at the time and it felt like my vagina was hiccuping

I have heard that but I don't believe it. This baby has hiccups ALL THE TIME but I haven't noticed any in the last 2 days. It did cross my mind that maybe this could mean something but so far is seems to mean nothing

Waiting, not so patiently, to meet our new addition this October

baby had hiccups yesterday while i was in labor so i would say that it's an old wives tale
