Hello Jamie,

We have been dealing with food allergy and intolerances with our 7 month old dd for a while now. It seems like a never ending journey and things don't seem to be getting better. Her sleep is the worst part for me to handle and is driving me insane. She has been waking up numerous times a night and I simply can't take it anymore. What do I need to know about her to make things better for all of us?

thank you.

Vivian

The first thing that is coming to mind is bowel issues. I keep seeing, loose watery bowels. I'm also seeing wheat issues. And oranges.
As well as she has an imbalance of yeast. And that is the main problem and that is what is disrupting her sleep more than anything. It's like her insides are gurgling all night (poor sweet baby )
Figure out how to get her yeast in check, make sure you aren't passing it back and forth between nipple and mouth.
As far as intolerences and allergies, all I really see is the wheat and oranges.
Good luck. I HTH helps set you on the right path.
