I hope you can help me start to figure out what is going on.

I know that we're not supposed to give too much "background info" and I'm not sure how much is too much!

So, I'll just keep it simple. Am I pregnant right now? And if I'm not, what is going on?

What I am feeling is that you are having problems with babies sticking. I sense miscarraiges have been an issue. I think that you are currently having a chemical pregnancy. Your body is definitely fighting pregnancies off. There are some internal things going on to which I'm not seeing all the answers. I do think you need to be checked for growths on your uterus and/or fallopian tubes. They feel benign to me, but are still not good for you. I also get the impression of endometriosis type things going on.
