I have been having some persistent health issues: cramping, bloating, and nausea. Is this diet-related, hormonal (pregnancy despite multiple negative tests? menopause? I'm of an age where it could be either.), or something else? Is it bad?
Sorry you have been feeling ill. That's a bummer when it's consistent like that. What I am feeling is that these problems are actually stemming from anger. Emotions will often manifest physically if they stick around too long. The sense I get is that you are mad at someone, and allowing it to bubble up inside of you , (hence the bloating etc). I am definitely not seeing pregnancy and I am also not seeing diet. I truly believe this is emotion manifestation at it's best. I sense someone really hurt you not all that long ago. They made you feel very small and inadequate. Those are the words I keep hearing to describe the situation. I don't sense that this is a first time offense by this person either. Actually I am seeing two people. A man and a woman. But it feels like one of them (the woman) is mostly the instigator.
The best way to transform anger is to take action. Maybe confrontation? Maybe it requires some form of actual physical action like running. Action is the key to making you feel better.
