I keep thinking I'm done asking questions and then I see someone else's and I think "Yeah!! I want to know that too!"

So....what about my weight? Long, long struggle that just doesn't feel like calories in/calories out. Any insight on why it's so hard to maintain a healthy weight?

PS - You are AWESOME! My DH dreamed of being an architect as a kid but was told when he took one of those personality/skills assessment tests that he lacked the spacial skills for architecture So you might have just stirred something in him!

Thanks for the compliment. Tell your husband to pull that dream back out and dust it off and to tell the "assessment test" to take a hike. How dare a test determine his worth like that! Tell him he can be whatever he wants when he grows up!!!!!!

As far as your question goes: I find that time and effort is your problem. You don't have enough (nobody does) and therefore you are not making any. Meaning, when you decide it's impt. to you; you will find time where there is none.
