I'm pretty sure the spearmint is just for taste, so I'm sure it's fine not to use that! The rose hips are full of Vit. C, so if that's a concern, you can add them (a little goes a long way!). Aviva J. R. recommends a quart a day, so I think you'd be safe to drink that much, probably more. I don't think you can really OD on this, although too much RRL might bring on more BH ctx. If you read the RRL tribe thread on "I'm Pregnant", you'll see that lots of women drink a quart of straight RRL at the end to help speed delivery.

I buy mine through Frontier Wholesale Coop. There are local ones, or you can sign up online and order through there.

I use Mountain Rose Herbs in Eugene, OR. They have a great selection.

Yeah this. I love MRH, their prices are excellent... they are organic certified, they are fair trade certified amongst other things. They are a truly excellent company.

Nic, loving mama to 5 with a SURPRISE 6th on the way.

I'm still reading the title of this post as "Pregnancy Test" EVERY TIME it pops up.

I'm rather relieved to see that no one here is talking about a positive pregnancy test at the moment.

There's a huge RRL tea thread in the main Pregnancy Board - all of your answers are there.
