I'm doing my glucose challenge test tomorrow morning, and I can't remember a thing about it from DD1's pregnancy. Any tips to make it more accurate? The glucola didn't make me ill or anything last time. Just wanting to make sure I get accurate results.

i remember with my first pg, being told to eat something rich in protein and fiber and low in carbs for breakfast before going in for the 1 hour GTT. my care provider told me i didn't have to fast, so i had a couple of eggs and a half an avocado. passed with flying colors.
