I'm continually amazed at how fast this pregnancy is going for me... I can't believe I'm in the third tri already. Seems like it's still so new, lol.

We also have an 85-90% chance of viability if our babies were born now.

Nic, loving mama to 5 with a SURPRISE 6th on the way.

What? 27 Weeks is the turn into the 3rd trimester? I'm 28 weeks today and was kind of celebrating. Now I come to find out I've already been there for a week!

I really need to come to terms with the fact that I'm not going to get everything done that I want to in prep for this baby. Oh well!

Also, I'm not ready for this pregnancy to be over. I really love being pregnant.

Jenn (30) wife to DH (42) and Mama to DS (2). Looking forward to our with #2 due Nov. 2 2010.

Dh and I have been talking about this very much now. A Sept DDC momma (at least one) has already had her baby - tiny but not in the NICU. I'm still convinced that I'll go at Halloween. Where did the time GO? And you all must keep up with the Sept DDC thread "You know you're in your third trimester when..." I'm not technically there yet, but just days away.

I'm 26 weeks today, and I though the 3rd tri started at 28 weeks, too! Better not tell dh, it'll put him in a tizzy with the amount of house stuff left to do before baby comes...

I'm something like 26w5d, so I'm close and totally feel like I'm already in the 3rd trimester. I can not believe how fast this pregnancy flew by. And I am SO not even close to ready for the end! I went through some more baby stuff today and spent too much money (on needs and did not even get close to done shopping!)this past weekend and still feel like I'll never catch up to where I should be. Time is running short!

i am 26 wks tomorrow, but i have been feeling 3rd-trimester-ish for the past week or so perhaps it's the summer heat, hubby's long hours, and the other 4 feisty little ones underfoot! i'm having bouts of *if i sit down i will fall asleep* and serious boredom issues because i have no energy to do ANYTHING (omg, i seriously have to FEED them, AGAIN?!). and then there's the random nesting spurts.

i remember last pregnancy realizing i was in the third trimester around 29-30 wks (suddenly so agitated, fatigued, seriously uncomfortable)...man, i was hoping i had a few more weeks, but i'm so THERE. the "honeymoon trimester" sure didn't last very long this time. and still sooo much left to do before d-day.

Hmm, the pregnancy app on my iPod says the 3rd tri starts at 28 weeks. Well, I'm not there for a while yet, anyway - 24w5d here.

While I do feel better than I did in the 1st tri, I have never stopped needing a nap every day. In fact, I just got up from a 1.5 hour one. Thank goodness DH is still home for the summer! Not sure what I'm going to do when he goes back to work Sept. 1st.

27 completed weeks is what most providers go by. That's what I learned in school, too. Whatever measure you go by though, its still pretty darn exciting to think that we're getting so close!

I'm 27 weeks now too! The second trimester seemed to just fly by. I'm going to try to enjoy the last bit of this pregnancy as much as possible...though it seems that this baby has a rake or some other sharp object in there. How does s/he poke me so hard sometimes?!?!

Glucose test is next week, which makes me nervous. It is the one thing that could get me "risked-out" of delivering at the birth center. I was negative last time so here's to hoping!

Congrats to all the ladies straddling the trimesters!

To me 27 weeks is the start of third trimester (if you divide 40 by 3, you get 13.3...so 26.6 would be the first and second, and after that is the third-thats just how i always saw it). The iphone app i have also says 28 but whatever...to me its 27

So yea...27.3 here and in total shock over how time can both drag and FLY at the same time!!!

Happy mama to my four girls S 8.15.02 , L 04.25.06 (gone at 36 weeks ) and L 3.10.07.And another rainbow! Baby C has arrived 10.26.10!

I'm 25w5d now and eagerly anticipating the 3rd trimester - just because it's so much closer to being done! Though I also have all the worries about being ready, enjoying these last weeks, and wondering where the time has gone.

I have also been figuring that 26.6/27w0d is the start of the 3rd tri. Funny how no one ever agrees on these things. Clearly, it's all purely for our own entertainment.

As my husband and I were watching our boys wrestle and destroy our house yesterday, I turned to him and said, "Did we really think this through?" He said, "Well, too late to think about that!"

I'm only 24w5d (due the day after Thanksgiving) although since I've gone early twice, it's more like I'm at 26w5d. Talk about justification!

Yeah it dawned on me this week that I'm in third tri and the noted uncomfortablness of HUGE belly is hitting that home everyday.

I'm freaking out a little because I'm so much bigger this pregnancy and totally carrying different. I didn't get this uncomfortable with DD until like the 8th month. And OMG! I already feel ginormous! Where is the weight for the next three months going to go? Ack!

I'm getting a Halloween feeling too... I wasn't paying enough attention to my cycle when I got pregnat because we were NOT TTC and we weren't even really DTD then... I had a night of feeling guilty and did, and um... yeah... here I am.

Anyway, based on LMP my due date was 11/7, but an early u/s put it at either 10/31 or 11/1. I've been measuring consistently at 2 weeks ahead.

I'm kind of hoping DS comes at the end of October. I already feel done with this pregnancy... this summer heat/humidity has done nothing good for my poor swollen body.

Midwife told me yesterday that the third trimester starts at 28 weeks. I told her everything I read said 27... she basically told me I was wrong. Eh... No big deal either way. I'm 27 weeks and 2 days.

So woot for the third trimester! My iphone is telling me I'm in the 3rd trimester... Geez why do they make it so bloody confusing. LOL!

Anyways woopa-do-da-day!

Yes, I'm in the third trimester club, too! Yay! I'll actually start the 28th week tomorrow! So hard to believe how quickly second tri went by...the first seemed long what with m/s and all. But the last few months have just flown past! I guess this is the reason I'm finally feeling like nesting. My brain is starting to realize that there is not much time left while I am still feeling energetic enough to get something worthwhile done!

I'm only 26 weeks tomorrow, so I am not official yet. However, this morning I found myself picking up things with my toes rather than bending over!
