I've had a pulled muscle feeling right at the top of my fundus for the last two days. I woke up with it after a night of weird "contraction" type things. They didn't feeling like BH, kinda started at the top like a real contraction, but peetered out. Anyways I woke up with this pulled muscle feeling that morning, right where the contraction feeling started.
Some other things that have been going on, I've been throwing up a lot, so that contributes, and lifting my 2 yr old a lot.
I'm gonna try and take it a little more easy. I don't want to be an alarmist and call the doctor on a weekend.
So can this be normal?

That sounds really terrible.
if i was you i would contact my care provider.. it never hurts to get a second opinion. and from my experience, something that doesnt seem so bad can become much worse very quickly (example, my cold turning into pneumonia, broken ribs.. ect)
throwing up a lot at this stage isn't super common. you need your energy and nutrition for labour and birth! try to take it easy. i have learned the hard way with that one

I would definitely call you care provider. Not to scare you but the feeling you describe is exactly the way I felt when I first went to the hospital a few days, I also thought maybe pulled muscle or something to do with my placenta, turned out to be labor.

Hope it works out ok for you and turns out to be nothing serious.

Oh boy! I never did call. It really seems to be connected to my physical activity. After I took dd down for a nap, it stopped for a while, until I started cleaning stuff around the house. Labor eh? I'm 38wks on Monday, so I guess it's not a huge deal if it is, other than I am soooo not ready yet!
If it keeps up I'll call in the morning. Why does this stuff always happen on the weekends?!?!?!?
