Soooo, I had baby Nolan Michael on 12/9 (yay!!) and my early Christmas gift was hemorrhoids (grr)

Anyways, I had stage fright for a few days where I didn't go #2. Then I was slowly getting back into the swing of things.

3 days ago, I was having to go #2 after almost every other feeding- like seriously 4 times in one day! Now, for the past 2 days I have had horrible diarrhea.

Is this related to breastfeeding?? Is it just my body trying to adjust?? Any end in sight? I want normal bowel movements please!! The diarrhea hurts my hems really bad greensad.gif

Hmmm I don't know. Possibly you have a bug of some sort, there's a lot of them going about this time of year.

I have rhoids from hell this time around. Never been this bad before. I'm drinking prune juice to help keep things soft or else there's no way anything could even come out of there.

Ah the things we mothers go through for love.

no hemmorhoids, but yes to the soft stools.  I am pretty sure that mine are related to the fenugreek that i am now on.

Yes to the roids. The opposite problem with the poops, mine are like rocks. I've taken some homeopathic suppositories for the roids which also soften the stool somewhat. I have had them bad with diarrhea, I can empathize. Keep it coated in ointment and perhaps try the suppositories not to soften the stool but to lessen the swelling? Good luck.
