I so wish I had the option of having levels checked. I emailed my OB to mention about my not too distant past of having hormonal issues. I haven't heard anything back.

I know but my OB is around only M, T, W so I knew that even if I called the message would just sit there. I will call on Monday as well. At least she would have the email when she first got there.

Its not really a constant doubling thing... I mean, that would be pretty crazy if it was wouldnt it? Your body would be working really hard once it hit 6,000 to double it to 12,000 in just two days!
I am soooo glad I found this. I feel a lot better. I'm 7 weeks 4 days and my numbers were 32592 two days ago, and 37875 today. The nurse said there was nothing to be concerned about despite not doubling. However, I misscaried at this stage in my last pregnancy and I'm super anxious. That and I don't feel as crappy today as I did yesterday.

Camille I can totally relate! I dont feel as icky today and it makes me nervous. Im 10 wks now but have had 2 losses at 9 wks. We just need to clear our minds and think positive sticky baby thoughts
