Today I had mild period-like cramps for probably a few hours. Nothing painful, just a mild crampy feeling and it made me nervous. It seemed to pass, but I was just wondering if this is normal around this stage? Anyone else been cramping lately?

Lately I've had some round-ligament pain and maybe even braxton-hicks, maybe that's what you've been feeling? To me it feels different than the early first trimester implantation cramping.

If they are mild they are normal. But if they last for very long you should probably make sure you aren't dehydrated. Drink a glass and go rest for a couple minutes... or if you're me an HOUR!!!

I think I have been having them too.

Being dehydrated will cause cramps/contractions; I've had cramps off and on this whole pregnancy and if they become more than just period like cramps I'd get it checked out....but i think the general rule is that if there's no bleeding and the pain isn't sever just rest a little while and it should pass if not then talk to your caregiver...

The other thing I've noticed is that if I have to pee I get a little crampy, right after I pee I feel fine.
