Hey weird- I asked my m/w about this yesterday. I don't have any wrist pain though But no matter what side I lay down on, my hands get numb at night. She mentioned carpal tunnel- but I've got no wrist pain at all. Sounds like that's what you have though :/ I think I've just got bad circulation or something.

DDCC - Just wanted to say that I had this with my last pregnancy! I guess some women develop it during pregnancy, and it typically goes away right after the birth. Mine did, at least. Hope it gets better for you! I ended up having to wear a wrist thingee (darn it, pregnancy brain, can't think of the name - not a sling, a...?) Anyway, I got it at target, and it helped to wear it at night.

also ddcc carpal tunnel actually starts in the shoulder area, if I remember correctly. As a pp stated it can occur during pregnancy and then go away after delivery. I would suggest getting a massage and seeing if it helps, if it is bothering you.

I've had it with all pregnancies due to typing a lot. Nothing seems to help it except giving birth.
