at night? Especially after you get up to pee? I've been cramping so much it makes me nervous, even though I've seen the heartbeat.

Hi! I don't usually get them in the middle of the night, but lately in the evenings is when I get crampy/stretchy. It is a definite sensation and it happens as definite times. I just lay in my bed when I can and feel the stretching!

I think it's totally normal. Especially, I think, in my experience, as I've had more babies. I don't think my first few pregnancies were as crampy as my last few.

Yes, it happens to me just as you said, as well as other times, too.

Me too. Well, mine are worse in the evening. If I'm having them in the middle of the night, then I'm sleeping through them. Mine definitely have increased with each baby.

Happily married, busy mom to a houseful :-)

Expecting again early Oct 2014!

YES! I just started noticing it the last couple of nights...I get up to pee and then within a few minutes of getting back in bed, the crampiness starts. Freaks me out! I make sure to have a few big gulps of water...I have a cold and my mouth is really dry, so maybe I'm getting a little dehydrated? But it's hard to drink a ton in the middle of the night when you're feeling nauseated
