So I was enjoying a tato a few minutes ago and noticed there was green on the underside of the skin... which was not visible when I inspected them before cooking. Well darn. :(
I ate the insides but that was after about 1/3 of a small potato eating the skins and all. :( I'm sure it won't hurt the little one, or at least in the small dose that I just consumed, but guess the bag gets tossed now, lol.
