Hi Everyone!!

I'm Kaitlin, and I just found out today that I'm pregnant for the very first time! That makes my due date June 13, 2011 according to FF.

We'd been trying for 8-9 cycles and have had some difficult time due to male factor infertility. I had basically given up hope, to the point that I actually threw away a positive IC yesterday before giving it enough time to have both lines develop, because I was so certain that it would be negative.

I'm 22 years old, Canadian, living in Northern Alberta, and I've been married for 3 years to my wonderful husband, Alex, 24. I currently work in a music store, and my husband is a trucker. We just bought our first house this summer and have been really anxious to start our family. I enjoy knitting, reading, drawing and painting, listening to and writing music, good blogs, cooking and collecting records. I hope over the next 9 months to knit many many baby clothes, learn to sew really well on my machine (which languishes as we speak in what will now be the baby's room) and document this journey to the best of my ability by journaling and taking photographs.

So far my symptoms have been chapped lips, exhaustion, increased appetite and the bloated "I ate a really bad burger" feeling in my abdomen.

Life is all kinds of surreal right now, it's not quite sunk in.

I'm really really glad to be here.

I'm a twenty-something Canadian girl married to my sweetheart and due in June with Baby #1

Hi ladies!

I'm Laura and my husband and I are expecting our first child June 5, 2011!

We were fortunate to have to try for only three cycles (charting) before getting our bfp at 9dpo this month. I'm excited to be pregnant and looking foward to the journey, but am getting anxious to tell people! Ideally, we'd like to wait until around Thanksgiving to spill the beans, but it will be hard keeping the news from my mom that long.

I just found my midwife practice and have a first appointment at 8 weeks. Time is dragging!

Looking forward to sharing the ride with all of you. Best wishes and congratulations to all!

Laura (33) and DH (39) due in June with our first!

Hey everyone (already a big club!) I'm new to MDC, and new to TTC, and just lucked out the second month we tried. I took a test this morning, and was 95% happy to see the two lines. The other 5% was due to inconvenience - my EDD is June 13th, and my husband usually leaves for work at the start of May and is gone until the start of August. So we'll have to figure something out. I expected it to take longer, so I figured we should start trying early . . . ah well, the first of many surprises being a parent will bring.

I've wanted to have babies since I was 22 (eight years ago) but didn't think it made sense yet. My husband is a couple of years younger than me, and became ready a couple of years ago. Then we were waiting for our circumstances to be good . . . and now here we are! I don't know how active I'll be in the thread, but I'm excited at the idea of having a community going through it at the same time as me.

On a farm with our kiddo (nearly 2), two dogs, two cats, ten goats, two donkeys, nine sheep, a bunch of chickens, and a husband (in the winters). We have another on the way!

I'm out. Looks like a had a chemical pregnancy. If I hadn't tested early then I wouldn't have even known. I don't think I'm going to get blood work done to see. I took a preg test and it came up negative. My period that I did have was lighter than what it normally was, but I'm attributing that to that I lost 12 lbs in the past few months.

Blessings to all and you'll probably find me in another due date club next year!

Hello all! I miscarried my first pregnancy at 7 weeks last November and have been trying so hard to conceive again since December... just when I was giving up hope, it took! I'm 5 weeks in and have my fingers crossed so tightly that everything goes well this time. Good to have a group like this!

Edit: Haha, I better change my sig!

Hi Everyone!

I'm Kimberly, and I got a very surprising BFP today. From my estimate, it looks like my due date is June 12th.

DH and I have been TTC for 6 months or so, and we had actually just decided in the last week to stop trying and for me to get an IUD put back in. We're in the process of deciding to make a big cross-country move in the next couple of years and finishing up some schooling before then, and it all seemed like it would be much, much easier with only one kid. We hardly had sex at ALL last month -- and to be honest, not anywhere close to when I was ovulating. Seriously, this must be some kind of super sperm that lasted in there. I can't freakin' belive I'm pregnant. I took a test today because of a few weird symptoms I've been having that also came up with DD -- felt like I had a urinary tract infection, coffee started tasting TERRIBLE and the worst, crankiest PMS ever. I was so shocked to see two lines on a Dollar Store test that I ran to buy a digital and yup, pregnant.

So -- DH is excited, I'm excited but also in shock and well, here I am. Happy to be here with you all!

Kimberly (30), DH (33), Mama to DD 9/2/2007 & excited for June 2011!

Hi all! I found out last week that we are expecting our third sometime around June 10, though I typically go pretty late. We are just coming off of a miscarriage from last cycle so we are a bit nervous about this pregnancy. My numbers are a bit low, but ok for now. We are doing progesterone in the mean time so hopefully that helps a bit. DS #1 was a c/s due to him being breech. WIth DS #2 we successfully VBAC! We are planning a homebirth for this one and are very excited!

Tentatively joining in. I tested today and it was a BFP. I am not sure of my dates, for the first time ever. This will be our fourth baby. I am feeling that I will be due on or around June 8 if I am correctly remembering a conception range

We won't be telling anyone IRL for a while, probably not until I am obviously showing or after Christmas, whichever is first.

I'm out. I've been spotting/cramping since Friday and just had a feeling things "weren't right". My RE thought there was no way I was having a miscarriage with the way my betas were doubling every 21 hours. However, yesterday I knew it was over when I started having horrible cramps (worse than my other losses including the one at 11 weeks) and bleeding. My doctor still wasn't totally convinced when I saw her today until my hcg results came back lower.

We're disappointed, but will be back. Hopefully very soon! Good luck to all of you and HH9M!

Count me in! Due June 8. This is our 3rd and it's a total surprise. We were diagnosed with infertility 7.5 years ago and had 2 years of unsuccessful infertility treatments so we adopted 5.5 years afo. We pretty much figured we weren't meant to get preg. Well, here I am, 40 and unexpectantly pregnant and we are thrilled! Oh yeah, a little worried too since I am "older" and the last time I gave birth was 18 years ago

I'm Sarah Lynne I'm the happy wife to Michael and mama to 3 beautiful children Austin (4), Steven (2.5), and Tristyn (8mo.) I've spent the last month trying to convince DH for a 4th and final kiddo (want to keep it even ) and just as I managed to my period decided to be a no show. So here I am tentatively joining after home tests came back positive. I've had one m/c around 8 weeks so I'm trying to hold out before I get too excited.

ETA: DUh Sarah due date!! If I go by my LMP its June 10, but I have a feeling I O'd later because my period was due the 1st and I didnt get a positive test until yesterday. So I'm gonna go with mid June!

I'm in such a state of denial, I'm not sure I should be here.I'm Audrey,31 yrs old. This will be our 9th pregnancy,6th earth baby if it works out that way.I just mc'd in June, and am due on May 21 but I go late and tell everyone late so I'm not annoyed as much in the final weeks so I'm calling it June(obviously).Anyway.I thought and felt like I was done.I was really happy to wean nursing dd and have my own body and independant hormones and even a monthly period. It took me 3 weeks to be able to tell Dh,and I don't want to tell the kids until after Halloween -maybe Thanksgiving, and nobody else IRL until Christmas,if possible.I'm showing already, so we'll see where that goes.It can pass as fat for a bit.I'll be sad if this one dies too,but I will also run and get an IUD or something in the same breath.I know I will love this baby.I know I will be happy about this, and it will all be great.I'm just in mourning for my last loss and my loss of personal space, when I SO needed it.Thanks for your support.
I'm homeschooling the older 3 this year, but we're prepping for a public school effort next year.I was hopping to go to college. We'll see.I would SO bring a tiny baby nursing in a sling to class!Been married 11 years, and are just now starting to address some of the issues having so many kids so fast and never not having kids can generate or cover up...Anyway.Headed into a huge year here!Lots of learning and growth!

Hi ladies,

I guess I'm due May 27(rough calc based on only one cycle), but my first daughter was born two weeks after her "due date" (which, crazily enough, was May 31, 2009) so I'm going to be wise this time and expect a June baby (and get a mid-May baby instead I'm sure!!)

Looking forward to getting to know you ladies a little better! This pregnancy wasn't planned (my dd is only 15 months, I only had ONE period and we used protection, but there you go) but I am getting excited! We wanted a second one someday, just thought they'd be quite a bit further apart.

So anyway, this is baby #2 and I guess I should go in the "late May" box, but I have my first US next week and expect to get re-dated to the first week of June.

Hope you ladies are all feeling well and getting excited. We have a long road ahead of us!
