hello :) Although I've popped in and out of these forums over the last several years, I've never really posted. I'm Crystal, mom to two boys ages 12 and 7 and just found out I'm expecting my 3rd child around July 2nd! I'm a little worried about sort of 'starting' over with a new baby, but I've wanted more children for quite a while so I'm also very excited!

We haven't told anyone yet, I wanted to wait until after Christmas because it's still quite early - but the husband seems very eager to start telling people now! Which might make sense since I have a history of showing VERY early (when I was just over 4 months with my last child, I was asked on a regular basis if I was due soon, or having twins!). So we plan on telling the kids next week and the parents at Thanksgiving.

Hi! I'm very newly - unexpectedly - pregnant with baby number 4! In shock but excited and hopeful all goes well.  It's nice to have a place to talk about it since DH is the only one who will know for quite some time. smile.gif Had birth center waterbirth with #1, and home waterbirths with #2 & #3. Not sure what I'll do this time as we're living in a different country now and not so close to a hospital in case we need it in an emergency. Yikes! Lots to think about! nut.gif head's spinning still.....

Hi.

My name is Deanna Russell

My est due date is July 7, but I probably should have joined June because I always deliver 2-3 weeks early, but we'll see.

I want a homebirth so bad, but there are no midwives in our area that do home deliveries, so I'm just gonna make a very strict birthing plan that I'll drill into my husband and doctor's head, :D, but still not giving up hope on a homebirth, I'm willing to do it unassisted with the help of my husband, he isn't quite so sure about that. Still working on it, LOL

I have 2 gremlins a boy and girl, ages 8 and 6. I homeschool them both, and that is an adventure. They are excited especially my daughter about being a big sister. Even though she don't want to give up her sitting spot in the van, LOL.

This was a planned pregnancy and I have a feeling we are having a boy. Calling the baby a girl just feels so wrong. It don't matter if we have a boy or girl we already have our names picked out. We just want a happy healthy baby. Oh and I also plan on nursing this one like the previous 2.

Looking forward to meeting you all. :)

Hey ladies! I'm am nervously popping my head in here. This morning, DH and I witnessed our first ever BFP. Well, first and second. I tested with a Dollar Store test, which had a faint line, so I used a CBE Digital. Pregnant, 1-2 weeks. My due date based on O would be July 26th.

This will be the first child for me and for DH. My name is Allison, I'm 30 years old, DH is 34 years old. We farm, and both have off-farm jobs as well, so it will be interesting to figure out how a little one will change our schedule! This was definitely planned, we had been trying for 7 months and were feeling a little hopeless, so very surprised, excited, and a little freaked out about everything!

I'll jump in!  I'm due with our second child on July 21st.  Our first was born early (34w5d) so I really hope to deliver in July!  Heck, I'd take August.  :)

I got a BFP on 10 dpo, but it's still only just sinking in.  We'd been trying for 4 months, but they were $$$ IUI attempts so it felt like an eternity.  It's lovely to be here, and to meet you all.

Hello! I'm expecting a new little one July 24th! This will be #4. I have a 10yo dd, 6yo ds and 5yo dd, it's been awhile! Excited about being pregnant again, nursing and cloth diapering! I'd better get out the Ina May books and remember how to do this :) Also using a doula for the first time. My last was a homebirth, but due to our somewhat remote location and lack of homebirth midwives in our county, this one will be in the hospital, as intervention free as possible.

Hi, I am from Washington. My EDD is July 26, 2011. My last two births were in a hospital and this time we are going to either do a home birth or go to a birth center. I may end up in August because we tend to go a week or two late. I am very excited to be here!!!!!

New to the forum, so exited to be pregnant with number three!!!!  Planning another homebirth.  Due July 8--but I've always been 3 weeks early, so we'll see.  Boy--I don't remember being this tired!  But am nursing a 3yo & a 6.5 yo (the latter only a bit).

I am so happy to be pregnant again!banana.gif

Add me in too!  My numbers say I am due July 22 but I tend to go a bit over so I am claiming July 25.  This baby will be born just before DD turns 17!!!!!  My youngest is 7 so it has been a while since I have done this.  DH and I have decided that since we are going with a SURPRISE theme, we are going to wait until the birth to find out the gender, so that will be a bit different from the last two.  Kind of nervous but very excited!

Hi all!

I got my BFP last night - now expecting #2 on July 25th 2011!  I thought my EDD might be an August one, but DD#1 was born exactly on her EDD, so I'll stick with the calculator's results now until I know better!

We couldn't be more thrilled!  DD#1 was a surprise, and DH was really miserable about it all the way through my pregnancy - no support at all.  But this time was intentional (this was only our 2nd month of trying!) he's completely excited.  Looking forward to a more positive pregnancy this time!

Hello everyone!

I live in Baltimore, MD, happily married to DH of 11 years, expecting baby #2 sometime around 7/20. I'll be turning 30 on 7/24 so maybe I'll get a new baby on my birthday!

Baby #1 is only 13 mos. and I was not planning to be pregnant again this soon, so I'm feeling overwhelmed about how this is all going to work! But I can't wait to meet this new baby and re-invent our family. I'm happy to be here.

I'm only 5 weeks along but already I feel like crap (so that's a good sign, I guess?)

I'm planning a homebirth for sure!

I am cautious about joining too.....this wasn't planned.  My name is Sunnie and I have a 5 year old, and a 2 year old nursling.  I think I am due July 15th.  The people in this club and I already must have alot in common.  Scared of a loss, wanting to exercise, a bit overweight (10 lbs), still nursing.  I'm 36 but I don't know if that makes me high risk?  I was in the June 2008 DDC and even though I just read alot of posts (i posted a few times) it was a real commune for me.  Hope I'll post a little more for this one- and get to stay in.  I live with my DH and 3 cats and 2 dogs.  I work full time; stressing already over finances/childcare/etc. with the new one.  But not as stressed as I have been. This one feels like "OK, it will work out.  It always does."  I am incredibly happy and hopeful with this new little soul.

hey, i don't know how close you are to Tacoma, but if you are anywhere near there & opt for the birth center, i highly recommend just looking at The Birthing Inn, it's in Tacoma. That's where DD#1 was born & it was AMAZING. if you're nowhere close, sorry to bother you & best wishes.                   http://www.thebirthinginn.com/index.html

Hi,

I"m Jenica EDC 7/29/11

This will be my second pregnancy.  DS will be almost jaw.gif 2 when the peanut gets here.  I'm 30 and DH is 32.  DS was born 8/27/09 after about 3 hrs of laboring at home and 3 hours of laboring at the hospital.  He's still nursing and I'm planning to let him wean himself.
We started trying NTNP in November shy.gif so here I am!!

I would stillheart.gif a homebirth but with only one midwife in my area, who I dont love, and no birthing centers within an hour, I foresee an unmedicated, super easy hospital birth.  I am an L&D nurse there so...

We cloth diaper and LOVE IT- just PM me if you have any questions about cloth diapering your new little one!!!

Hi!

I'm Catie, mom to one almost five year old and still in shock that I'm pregnant with my second.  It was a surprise that wasn't even in the back of my mind, but I'm very excited and can't wait to do all the pregnancy stuff again.  I'm aiming for a homebirth with midwife (my only was in a hospital) and can't wait for another little one.  The timing wasn't the best, but is it ever?

Hi I'm Stacee. Going in tomorrow to have a real test at the doctors office, so I am not for sure yet. My home test was very faint. I am a WAHM to 6 kids and married to my soulmate for 11 years. If I am indeed expecting I will be due July 13th. I will most likely be stuck with a hospital birth as I am high risk, but I will do it as natural as possible. ;0)

All, right, I'm jumping in! wave.gif I'm glad to know Im not the only "cautious" joiner!

My name is Tracy, DH and I are both 30, and this will be #2 for us!

Got my BFP on Wednesday on an IC, and yesterday morning on an FRER...so I suppose its official! Im VERY excited, but petrified everytime I go to the bathroom that you know who will be starting back at me. I had a chemical a few years back, but have since had a successful, healthy pregnancy that gave us our wonderful, almost 2 year-old DS! We'd been trying since August, and as of now, plan on a hospital birth (hopefully with at least a tub labor). But, our hospital is going through some issues (which I'm sure I will get into at some point) and so a homebirth isn't totally off the table.

EDD as of right now is July 29, 2011. Can't wait to get to know everyone over the next year!

Wife to a wonderful man since June '04, mommy to a beautiful 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter.
