I got my period last night, along with very intense pain and cramping. I am not expecting my period for another 5 days. The pain was so strong; I just laid down on the floor and couldn’t move. I felt throbbing in my uterus. The pain started to come and go then after a while. I felt so sick and dizzy. Then I finally got up and immediately ran to the bathroom to vomit. Every time I would use the bathroom, the blood was coming out heavy. There were a few thicker parts. I would only be 11 days since conception. I have never felt this pain and my period is never early. What is going on? I hope everything is okay...

Thank you ladies.

Hi Anna,

I would advise you to go see a doctor and have a blood test to check for pregnancy hormones (b-hcg).  Hope you're feeling better.  Rest and take good care of you.

It sounds like it could be a miscarriage in the early stage of pregnancy. I would make an appointment with your doctor just to make sure everything is ok. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry to read that you are going through this!

I've unfortunately had 4 early miscarriages, all after 4 weeks but before 5.5 weeks (so about 22-30 days post ovulation) and have never experienced the type of things you described... all 4 of mine were just like a period though a bit longer and heavier, no more painful. With that in mind, I'd definitely recommend checking in with your doctor, just to be sure that what you are experiencing isn't related to something different, or to an early pregnancy/miscarriage that is moving forward in an unusual way.

Good luck to you!

Hi Everyone!

I have gone through one heck of a month.  Jan 1, I missed my period and at that moment I knew I was pregnant.   4 days later I took a home digital pregnancy test and found out that I was.  I was so excited.  I went to doc and they did not see anything on the ultrasound except the blastyocyst.  The pee test and blood work all said yes I was.  A few days later I was bleeding pink and brown blood.  I went to the er and the doc at the er was sure I was miscarrying.  The nurse at the er thought it was implantation bleeding.  My  regular doc confirmed it  was.  I have had my hcg score rise just how it should.  On wednesday I went to the doc for an ultrasound to see the sac.  We saw the sac and  my hcg score came back at 1654 at 4.5 weeks.  The day after the ultrasound I had some pain inside of my vagina and some blood that was deep pink and brown.  I spoke to my doc and that is when she told me my hcg score was  at 1654.  I am still having blood and some mild cramps ( I have had cramps since the beginning). This morning (Saturday--- Wednesday was my ultrasound) I felt something come out.  I took it out of the toilet and put it on paper.  It looks like a clot but I am not sure.  It is thick and very red with blood and it has some white matter on it.  Did I miscarry?  I am still have mild cramps coming and going like I have had the whole time and still the same spotting (which by the way has never filled a pad the whole time).  I just don't know what to think.  I don't understand how my hcg score could be so high and right where it needs to be and just a couple days later I could be passing something??  Had anyone else had this experience.

Hi Everyone

It turns out I was having an abnormal pregnancy because I had an ectopic preganancy.  The fetus was hiding where the ultrasound could not find it.   The only advise I can give in these situations is if you feel something is wrong, you know your body best.  Get to the doctor asap.

I had to have emergency surgery because of this, I hope no one else has to go through the same.
