I tried searching the board, but am coming up empty handed.

My 3 1/2 year old recently has zero appetite. We usually do granola bars for breakfast. The past couple of days, she's said she doesn't want one (or anything else), or will only eat half.

She only eats maybe 1/4 of the lunch that she used to. I'm lucky if she eats more than two bites of dinner.

For instance, today she had ZERO breakfast, for lunch she had 1/4 of a pb&j (which she usually SCARFS down) and a couple of pretzel goldfish. For dinner, I made fried rice. I think she ate two bites. I offered cookies, even! She ate one of the two that I gave her, and said she didn't want the other one.

She's otherwise fine. Not sick or anything.

Is this a normal 3 year old thing? How long is it when it's a phase, and how long when it's something to be concerned about? (I'd say this has been going on for about a week, give or take.)

Single WAHM to 5yo DD, 2yo DS, and forever 7 week old angel DD.

My 3.5 year old daughter is doing the same thing and I am concerned. She's also very tired, and I am not sure if that is lack of energy due to not eating very much or an additional symptom. Her schedule has not changed and she goes to bed by 7pm.
