I have a friend who is struggling with her 4 year old girl.  I'd love to point her to some AP-friendly resources to help her understand child development/give her some ideas for that age.  What has/is helping you navigate that age?  I've already pointed her to the blog "The Parenting Passageway"--one of my favorites.  Any other ideas?  TIA!

I'd recommend Your Four Year Old: Wild & Wonderful if she likes easy reads. If I remember correctly, that series of books are simplified versions of publications from the Gesell Institute of Child Development. I started reading them at either the 5 or 6 year old edition, but they are pretty good.
