5 year old has some small pimples. - Mothering Forums

Is he the only one? They're little, like under the skin on the tip of his nose and recently one on his chin that kind of looks like a whitehead, but still under the skin.

Is this a normal stage of pre puberty? Or way too young?

I would think it has more to do with diet, something he's come in contact with, etc.  Is he blowing his nose a lot?  Have you changed the detergent you use to wash his sheets?  Is he getting a lot of extra sweets?

possibly sweets, though he probably eats incredibly better than most kids i know.  theyve been there for a couple of months though, so i dont think theyre leaving anytime soon:) they just look puberty to me.  perhaps we have weak livers? i always had/have moderate acne, especially when my cycle is back on.
