Of course, I am just finishing it as our weather is turning warm. I made it big on purpose and she can get it for her bday next year. It's a wool blend made with chunky tweed to be super warm. That little white button near her shoulder is a snowy owl, because she loves owls so much.

Yes, the buttons are wood. I got them at JoAnne's. Unfortunately they are a bit difficult to move through the holes, but dd likes them so much she doesn't want any other buttons. If she does I can just replace them with round buttons.
