Hi there - I'm looking for some good websites out there with craft ideas. Even better if they have ideas for projects to do with small children.

And do any of you know of any sites where you can enter something specific that you have (ie empty paper towel roll) and it will give you a list of ideas of what you can do with that specific item?

We have so many things DD saves "for a craft" ...I mean piles of treasures like leaves and old string and old wrappers from things and ... well you get the idea. My creativity only stretches so far....

There is a great making puppets and puppet stand in the last issue of living crafts magazine. It gives detailed instructions, & pictures. You make them with old newpapers, basically paper mache, then paint, sew simple costumes. Great project it is on our TO DO list with my children. WE've gathered most of the supplies. I promised them i would start it with them the next rainy day.
