I'm totally in love with this wool cover ... Daisyhead Bloomers , found on ravelry. Wool is from 100purewool.com, Heavently Blue. I still need to crochet a drawstring, tuck in a couple strings, and lanolize it ... oh and maybe find a matching shirt ...

I love the pattern. I love the result. I can't wait to knit more! I've got more wool from them - orange/pink/red - I'm going to knit a skirted bloomer next.

I have been knitting for about 25 years, but it's been over 20 since I tried knitting from a pattern, so it was a bit slow at the start, but so worth it! I've also never knit with anything significant with hand dyed or with good wool!

(I just need to share with people who actually know how to knit and know what a diaper cover is!)

Great job!

I need to find someone who has a baby girl in cloth diapers. All the babies I know right now are boys.

(Not that boys aren't fun, I just miss ruffles)

Good job! That is so cute

The truest answer to violence is love. The truest answer to death is life. The only prevention for violence is for the heart to have no violence within it.  We cannot prevent evil through any system devised by mankind. But we can grapple with evil and defeat it, but only with love—real love.

the purple/blue skirt was improvised - at the height of my depression a few years ago ... no foggy idea how I did it! and it's made from Joanns novelty yarn - held up AMAZING. She wears it all the time.

the turquoise ruffle diaper cover is Daisyhead Bloomers
the pink/orange skirt is Sheepy on top of Daisyhead
