My daughter is potty learning and I'd love to get her some underwear, but we don't buy anything made in sweatshops and anything that I seem to be able to find that isn't is out of my price range. I really don't have any money.

I do, however, have a sewing machine and lots of old t-shirts. Does anyone know where I can get a pattern for making toddler girl panties? All the ones I've found online you have to pay for.

If not, do you know of any cheap but also sweatshop-free underwear? I'd like to find something around $3 or $4 a pair, but I realize that it's hard to find those prices in fair-trade-made items.

Thanks so much!

Thank you so so much! That is exactly what I needed!

So sorry it took so long for me to get back to the thread. I've been horribly sick all week

If you want a pattern you can purchase and use for more sizes, the That Darn Kat (TDK) undies pattern is quite popular.
