Can you Kool-Aid dye cotton? - Mothering Forums

And if not, why not?? (i.e. it doesn't "hold" the color, etc.)... All I can find is info on kool aid dyeing wool/protein fibers.

no because it only dyes 'hair' like wool and human hair if that makes sense. It doesn't work with plant fibers, for that you'd need to use a fiber reactive dye.
