Especially a baby, like this one

It looks like it should be easy but I can't think of where to buy a round wooden ball like that for the head, and how to attach the clothes and blanket.

You can buy the heads at craft stores.You can buy wooded beads or they also sell ones that only have a hole on one side.After that it's just glue for the fabric.The adult doll are made with doll forms that you can buy at various places on line but I found it less expensive to buy a set of Mellissa and Doug dolls than it was to buy a few doll forms.

Here is a tut that uses the doll forms.
