We* recently went on a playsilk-dyeing frenzy and now, we have more beautiful hand dyed playsilks than we could ever play with ourselves.

 

They're so addicting and easy to make. I used Jacquard acid dyes that I've accumulated over years of dyeing fiber/wool for spinning and felting. I think they turned out pretty nice!

The best part? We just found a local mama who sold us her gently used playstands for a song. I think we're set now!

 

*Okay - mostly it was just me. My 11-month old son just watched, but still - I'd consider him a participant!
