My 6 yo ds is going to need a black beard for his Halloween costume. I don't want him to be breathing off-gassing from plastic right under his nose all evening and whenever else he wears it. The thought of felting some wool (not that I know how to do that) occurred to me, but I think it might be itchy on his face. Any of you creative mamas have any ideas?

Is it getting lonely in the echo chamber yet?
