After reading quite a bit about zorb/zorb2 and how great a product it was I decided to buy some to make my diapers (still haven't gotten around to actually making them).  Now, I am reading that people do not like it for a few different reasons.  I was wondering if anyone that uses it has trouble with pee staying where it should once absorbed and why do people choose to stay away from it?  I know it is made up of synthetic fibers but what about that makes people chose not to use it?

I have Zorb and used it to make some lay in soakers. Zorb by itself is horrible, it must be sandwiched between 2 other absorbent layers (I choose a cotton and bamboo blend). I have had great experiences with it that way.

Supposedly, Zorb 2 fixed that by quilting absorbent layers to it, though I've never used it.
