would it work to not take out the stitching or old elastic and just sew the elastic with a zig zag stitch the length of the leg cuff? The idea of ripping out the seams on the amount of diapers I have is daunting.

 

edited to add- i am working with happy heiney's one size pocket diapes


Courtney and Cree, baby made 3, added one more then there were 4, sakes alive, then we had 5, another in the mix now we have 6!
